Thomas M. Duff

Thomas M. Duff was born July 30 1947 in Hoboken NJ. Attended Catholic grammar and high schools and graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1970. Employed at Wellman Inc. from 1971 to 2008, serving as CEO and Chairman from 1985 until retirement. He oversaw the growth of Wellman from a $150 million dollar recycling company to a $1.5 billion dollar international Fortune 500 chemical company.

Mr. Duff also served on various non-profit boards including The Rumson Country Day School, Miss Porters School, Cooperation Ireland, South Carolina Manufacturers and various industry associations. He currently is retired living in Key Largo Fl.
