Jennifer Perez

I’m Jennifer Perez, a Nurse Practitioner based in Key Largo, Florida. Originally from West Virginia, I’ve made Key Largo my home for the past 12 years. Here, I’m proud to serve as a medical provider at The Medical Center at Ocean Reef, as well as in the Emergency Departments at Mariners and Fisherman’s Hospitals.

My healthcare journey began with an Associate's Degree in Nursing from West Virginia University at Parkersburg, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from West Virginia University. I then pursued a Master's Degree in Nursing Science from Marshall University and completed a Post-Master's Certificate as a Nurse Practitioner. With nearly 25 years of experience in both emergency medicine and family practice, I bring a strong commitment to patient care.

Community service is a deep passion of mine. For the past 12 years, I’ve been actively involved in mission work, volunteering my time in Nicaragua and, most recently, in Peru. Helping others and improving lives on a global scale is my calling.

On a personal note, I’m a proud mother of two and a grandmother to one beautiful granddaughter, with another grandchild on the way. My daughter and son-in-law live in Oregon with their daughter, while my son and his wife are in West Virginia. Family means everything to me, and I treasure the time spent with my loved ones.

I find great fulfillment in connecting with people, supporting their growth, and encouraging them to reach their fullest potential.
